Bucardo 4.0.3 Debian 5.x Lenny experimental packages

Nicholas Jefferson is at an effort to package Bucardo database replication software for PostgreSQL in debian format.

I was in a hurry, needing more recent version, and packaged an EXPERIMENTAL version, using debhelpers instead of cdbs and leveraging Nicholas Jefferson previous effort.

There are modifications to init scripts and configurations, as well as debian/rules. The package now run extensive regression tests during building. I strongly advice one to BUILD package at his/her own setup.

Hope this work could be merged with his efforts.

Before starting bucardo, one need to ad syncs to its database or it will silently stop. Read man pages, documentation and README.Debian.
